Luxury School Lofts

The planned Luxury School Lofts, next to the new Gibsonville elementary school, will be a conversion of a historic school building into a state-of-the-art residential complex featuring 36 luxury loft apartments. The school was built in 1923 and will be a historic landmark. Each classroom will be a spacious loft apartment with amenities that serve a modern and comfortable lifestyle.

The 12-foot high ceilings and large windows will create a sense of airiness with maximum potential for daylight harvesting. Historic features such as auditorium, windows, hardwood floors, doors & hardware, and baseboards & moldings will be retained and renovated, maintaining a sense of history.
